We can deliver electronically many articles that are sent to us in an electronic format. These articles will be converted into PDF format and posted to your ILLiad account. You can then access these articles for 30 days.

Why can't I logon?

There are several reasons you could be having trouble logging on to the ILLiad.

To check the status of a request follow this procedure:

Using Accounts

Use ILLiad's VIEW/EDIT ACCOUNTS function to tell Interlibrary Loan how you will pay for any document charges that you are willing to accept. Users who plan to pay for items at the time of pick, should enter the word, "CASH," in the account number field. Students who want to have charges billed to their tuition accounts should enter the word, "BURSAR." Researchers should specify Rensselaer FOPAL codes to have costs charged back to departmental or research funds. Do not enter bank or credit card numbers. You may create multiple accounts.
